As someone who has never seen someone work a “regular job”. Both of my parents were entrepreneurs and I grew up with the hustle of self-employment being a deeply ingrained value in my family. From a young age, I spent much time helping with every aspect of my family’s business; from manual labor all the way to learning the books. I know that running a business is a round-the-clock job, and your work should be protected. And that’s what I’m here to help you do!

In this program, you will learn how to create your own legally registered business, have access to attorney-drafted contract templates, be empowered to negotiate your own agreements, and know how to handle difficult situations. If you work with an attorney directly, they should do this for you. As a result, you will have a much higher bill, not have the knowledge you need to move your business forward nor know how to handle tough situations on your own. Fees for an attorney to do this for you typically start at $5,000.

We understand that everyone has a different learning style so we created this program so that anyone can learn. Courtney used to teach 7th grade so those little tips and tricks are used throughout the program to keep your attention and bring action. If you get stuck or have a question, we have a place where you can reach out and we can guide you and help work through it!

You can walk away with a registered LLC in as little as 1 hour. Everything is broken down into modules so you can implement them as you go. This means that in order to have a legally protected and operating business you likely need about 5 hours total.

We love trademarks around here, but they are not something you can DIY. Don’t believe the internet. Sure, some folks have no problem getting their mark through as a DIY but they likely have a pretty obscure name, spent hours educating themselves on the process, and have consulted with an attorney or two that you don’t know about (ask me how I know).

As part of the program, Courtney will set “office hours” where anyone can pop in and ask questions. You have the option to submit questions ahead of time in case you can’t make it. All office hours will be recorded and stored in your online library.

We host the program on Kajabi. We have vetted many other options and find this to be the most user-friendly. A key value of ours is customer service, as such, we are always exploring new options and other platforms to provide you with the best experience.
