A will is simply an executed document that tells people what your plans are for your items and property upon your passing. It is the most simple part of the estate planning process and allows you to have a straight forward plan. While a will is simple, it is not a complete solution for everyone.

How does the will process work?

All plans start with a free consultation. From there, we discuss your unique circumstances and make our recommendations. If you decide to proceed, you will be able to electronically sign our engagement agreement and make payment. Then, you will receive a unique form where you can provide a great deal of information about your property, family and wishes.
