As a mom of 3, Courtney knows first hand the importance of planning for your family, as well as the risks of not properly planning. Courtney began her legal career in the business world and quickly found herself assisting in estate planning. Growing up in asmall business family, it was only natural to serve small business- and their families. Then, a dramatic situation in her family led her to helping with a complex estate dispute amongst estranged family members. Courtney witnessed first hand the fall out of improper estate planning and the multi year battle that followed. With the heart of a teacher, Courtney aims to make estate planning simple - no matter how complex the family dynamics.

Courtney’s passion led her to build Golden Path Estate Planning, a boutique firm that serves individuals, families and businesses in succession planning and legacy building.
