Our flat fee pricing includes Revocable Trust, Will, Health care Directives and disposition instructions (what you want to happen upon your death and your spouse) as well as guidance for all of these. This is our most comprehensive plan. The price for this plan is $4,000.

What is the price for a Revocable Trust for a Single Person?

Our flat fee pricing includes Revocable Trust, Will, Health care Directives and disposition instructions (what you want to happen upon your death) as well as guidance for all of these. This is our most comprehensive plan. The price for this plan is $2,000.

What about a simple will? What is the price for a Single Person Will with no assets?

We offer wills with health care directives for a single person $1,000. 

What is the price for a will for a married couple? With no assets?

Wills for married couples with health care directives and no assets is $2,000. 

Do you offer Payment Plans?

We do! Payment plans require half down and then monthly payments that last up to 6 months on an automatic debit. A valid credit card is required to be on file.

Do you handle probate?

We take on probate matters on a case by case basis. Contact us to discuss your matter.

What about my minor children?

We specialize on helping navigate the family with minor children, or even grandchildren to consider. We typically recommend a trust with guardianship documents if minor children are in your family. Each case is unique and we would love to chat with you to see how we can serve your family.

What about my home?
